Our support team will contact users in all refund cases.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Accounts which has been used for more than half of the account\u2019s duration are not valid for a refund.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><strong>Note<\/strong>: Refund usually takes 5~7 workdays to take place and it\u2019s not in our hand to reduce this period. Our payment processors will take care of refund requests.
